During October 2024, the asking price for properties for sale in the region Epirus was highest in the province of Preveza Prefecture, with € 1,844 per square meter. On the opposite, the lowest price was in the province of Arta Prefecture with an average of € 870 per square meter.
During the same month, the asking price for rental properties in the Epirus region was highest in the province of Ioannina Prefecture, with € 7.87 per month per square meter. The lowest price instead, was in the province of Arta Prefecture, with an average of € 6.12 per month per square meter.
