Our commission is two per cent (2%) at the finally agreed selling price with minimum 1,500 euro and one (1) month's rent of the agreed rental fee. For services offered out of Attica region our commission is three per cent (3%) at the finally agreed selling price with a minimum fee of 3,000 euro. All fees are subject to VAT.
