Our Company is a young, dynamic and constantly evolving group with integrated activity in developing projects, starting from scratch by designing evolutionary buildings, constructing them and delivering each project to its significant user. History Our first company was founded in 1970. In the course of 50 years, we have constructed a wide range of building structures, residential, commercial, offices and special buildings and we quickly became synonymous of the highest quality in Construction & Development Industry and provided high yield investments while stating integrity and commitment in our business field. Our buildings are being successfully tested daily by thousands of people justifying our recurring customers’ choice.   Objective Our aim is to maintain our leading position in the construction, development and management industry of commercial and luxury residential properties in Greece, while expanding in new adjacent fields such as Renewable Energy projects and Parking Stations. We are currently own and operate underground Parking Stations in strategic locations near Metro Stations and we have developed Solar projects of installed capacity of 2,0MW.   With the active involvement of new members, our group maintains a Comprehensive management philosophy, based on the immediate completion of Projects, strict monitoring and updating budget information, compliance with world Class quality standards and always focusing on mutual trust and long-term customers.   Our experienced staff, consisting of Mechanical Engineers, Civil Engineers, Architects, Decorators and Environmental Engineers, undertake the completion of each project individually, guaranteeing an excellent trouble-free construction and a lasting partnership with our customers.   Vision Our vision is not only to seek the best available yields in our developments, but to also design and construct Breathtaking and innovating buildings.
