Zavras Group has been active in the field of building design and construction since 1980. It has implemented important public and private building projects as well as several hotel units. In 2015 we had the idea to combine the construction and renovation of residential houses with their management and tourist development. Since then we have made it a reality, gaining over the years the experience to offer a package of integrated services to our customers. Our goal is to enable our clients to acquire the space they dream of or to turn their property into a source of income by making it more competitive in the tourist rental market by taking over its full management.
