COMMISSIONS Letting Commission amounts to one (1) full rent of rental price plus 24% VAT. Purchase commission amounts to 2.0% of the final purchase price plus 24% VAT. Taxes, notary, and registry fees must be paid by the purchaser. The commission is paid as stipulated by the Greek regulations. Necessary for the indication of the property is the presentation of the police ID or the passport of all those who wish to see the property and the signing of the relevant Indication Order.
