Ο πρώτος όροφος έχει 2 ηλιόλουστα υπνοδωμάτια το καθένα με το δικό του μπαλκόνι ανοιχτό στον ήλιο. Επίσης στο ίδιο επίπεδο υπάρχουν 2 μπάνια.
Το μεσαίο επίπεδο διαθέτει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο, ένα μπάνιο, μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, μια τραπεζαρία και ένα όμορφο και άνετο σαλόνι με τζάκι. The villa can accommodate 12 + 2 people. It has its own private pool and unobstructed views of the Aegean Sea.
