I. Geographical Location The parcel belongs to the administrative district of the Municipality of Messina of the Prefecture of Messinia.. It is located in the center of the Messinian Gulf and its south side has 40 meters of thin sandy beach widths of about 60 meters. It is about 3.8 km from Kalamata International Airport (now "Vassilis Konstantakopoulos") and just 2.5 hours by car from Athens "Eleftherios Venizelos"airport.
