The apartment is located close to the town center in a quiet area on the first floor of a new constructed block. It is fully equipped with all electrical devices and furniture.

It consists of one sleeping room and one bathrooms a spacious sitting room and a big veranta at the front.
In addition a parking space free of charge will be offered.

At the ground floor there is a common garden with wifi access that can be used by the residents of the flats. Wi fi access is provided in the Apartment. The Apartment is flat with a lift which makes it ideal for individuals with kinetic disabilities Pets are not allowed.

Price 1000 Euros per month for two persons sharing. Bed sheets, towels and blankets are provided without any extra cost. Cleaning of the interior of the apartment is not provided. Alternative price for one week stay 550 Euros.

A quiet neighbouhood called Paxiana located close to the town center. About 50 meters from the property there is a nice park with a Catholic Church and a Cemetry. The town beach of Nea Chora is about 12 minutes walk. In about a couple of minutes walk there is the Super Market Kritikos with a variaty of products at competitive prices.

Every Wednesday at the neighbourhood the Street Market takes place with the local producers selling pure fresh fruits and vegetables and other local produced products.

All means of public transport are close by. The suburban Bus station which connects the main towns and tourist resorts of Crete is close by. The town Bus stop to Agioi Apostoloi beach which is a complex of beaches three kilometrs westwards from Chania is also easy accessible on foot. In case that you arrive with your own car you can use the properties private parking free of charge.
