It is 10 minutes drive from Zakynthos town, and short drives from large supermarkets and Kalamaki and Agios Sostis beaches. The house is uPVC double glazed with aluminium shutters. Electricity and water bills obviously depend on consumption, charges for no usage are around €12 every 2 months for water and around €35 for electricity.
