When we decided to create Otherwise smart Investments, our main concern was to approach every potential investor with responsibility, wanting to launch a more professional and honest approach to the market in general. The activity of otherwise focused mainly on Commercial Real Estate and Investments. We have consistently built a very important clientele and portfolio of touristic and commercial real estate and we have managed to complete very important transactions. In 2019 we expanded to the part of Upgrading and Managing Apartments and touristic Accommodation. We have renovated and upgraded many properties and we are currently managing selected properties in Halkidiki and Thessaloniki through short-term leases, medium-long-term leases to company executives and through leases per tourist - mainly - period. In 2021 we decided to expand our activities in the field of Residential Real Estate. We created the Realty Department of Otherwise with the belief that we will approach this market with the same professionalism. Due to the status of our executives, we treat every property as an investment and every party as investors. We do not support the excesses of the market, we are able to spot and point out the problems of a property, we have the ability to assess the risk or the perspective in choosing a property.
