Kelsey Edwards is a professional real estate agent based full time on Hydra Island, Greece. She also operates the popular information site for Hydra called Hydradirect.com. Since moving to Hydra as a full-time resident in 2000, she has been passionate about helping people to buy houses on the island. Her first Greek Chamber of Commerce licence (37648/4446) was issued in 2002, she is fully trained and holds City & Guild Real Estate certificates in addition to having studied contract law. Kelsey upgraded her company in 2023 to SaronicNet IKE PC in order to cover not just Hydra but also the other Saronic Islands of Agistri, Aegina, Poros and Spetses. She works independently without staff and only online. She does not have an office, instead, she provides digital information and communicates via email, WhatsApp, Zoom and Skype meetings. Normally her first physical meeting with prospective buyers will be en-route to their first viewing.
