Σε μια από τι πιο δημοφιλείς παραλίες στο νησί της Νάξου, στην υπέροχη Πλάκα και μόλις 100 μέτρα απόσταση απο τα γαλαζοπράσινα νερα της, σχεδιάσαμε και υλοποιούμε μια νέα πολυτελή κατοικία δύο επιπέδων, συνολικής επιφάνειας 142 m2 με
πισίνα και κήπο σε οικόπεδο 1000 m2, η οποία σίγουρα θα καλύψει τις ανάγκες ακόμη και
του πιο απαιτητικού ιδιοκτήτη.
Η πολυτελή αυτή βίλα θα αποτελείται απο τους εξής κύριους χώρους:
Στο ισόγειο της κατοικίας συναντάμε ένα μεγάλο σαλόνι – τραπεζαρία, την κουζίνα, ένα

On one of the most popular beaches on the island of Naxos, in the wonderful Plaka and only 100 meters away from its turquoise waters, we designed and are implementing a new luxury residence on two levels, with a total area of 142 m2 with
pool and garden on a plot of 1000 m2, which will surely meet the needs even
of the most demanding owner.
This luxurious villa will consist of the following main areas:
