Interior description: The two-bedroom flat is a mix of old and new with high ceilings, marble floors and some antique furnishings, yet a modern, updated kitchen and bath, new comfortable queen beds and three air-conditioners. Its location is city center with easy access to everything. With a market, restaurants and cafes a minute away, the neighborhood is full of life and convenient. Walk to the sea (three blocks), walk to the Venetian harbor (15-20 minutes), and park your car without hassle. Neighborhood description: You are in the center of town! Walk down to the old municipal market (15 minutes) or the old harbor (20 minutes). Our neighborhood is called Dikastiria (courthouse), and our flat is two blocks off the main plaza with many cafes and restaurants that are open late into the night. There is a wonderful open-air street market on Mondays, also walking distance. Need something? There's a supermarket, pharmacy and meat market just one minute from the flat. It is situated literally between a full-service grocery market and a fabulous Italian restaurant. Getting around: The sea is three blocks away, and there is a small beach amidst many cafes and restaurants there. This is not a popular swimming beach, however. There are many other beaches accessible either by foot (Nea Hora Beach) or by a short bus or car ride from the flat's location. The central bus station (KTEL) is a five-minute cab ride with buses to popular beach destinations even outside the city limits (such as Marathi, Kalathas, and Stavros Beaches, etc.)
