This outstanding law office is centrally located in Kolonaki. It has been fully redesigned and insulated in 2018. 
It is cross-ventilated. Looking at the back balcony there is a large office with a rather classical outlook with mainly wooden coated walls, library and blinds that can isolate from the rest of the property. Leading to the front side a long hallway successively distributes bathroom, guests' WC, copy room and kitchen with colorful variations. 
In front a more modern and busier 3-parted office space with in-wall sliding separations is looking to a rather pleasant and bright urban landscape. 
Apart from the overall updated technical characteristics, the designer's input is remarkable.
