On the ground floor of Villa Olive you will find a light spacious open plan living area, a large corner sofa, glass dining table and modern kitchen fully equipped with a full length fridge/freezer, full size dishwasher, induction hob and fan oven. The lounge has a fireplace perfect for cosy nights in and a flatscreen T.V. The villa has internet connection and central heating via the air conditioning. There is a downstairs W.C and a washing machine. To the first floor there are two double bedrooms both with a spectacular sea views. The master bedroom also has a balcony. Both bedrooms are served by the family bathroom on this level. The villa is offers fully furnished. Outside: The villa is gated with room to park several cars. Villa Olive has a 3.5m swimming pool and large sun terrace with amazing sea views. Mountain bikes and a paddleboards can also be available at the Villa. Please Note: We are offering this as a winter rental from 29th December 2024 until 31st March 2025. It can be rented on a flexible basis for 1 week to a month or three months. The rent is negotiable depending on the length of your stay.
