This office of 118 sq is located one block from the central square of Kolonaki. It has been fully designed by an architect in the 70's and used to be a surgeon practice. The designer conceived a very functional, fluid and adaptable lay-out. Thanks to many hidden doors (4) the entrance's continuously leads to the two main room passages. The main room is spacious and dressed on the one side with delicate wooden panels hiding precious storage space. An half open wooden library stands on the tighter end of the room. It may split in two parts thanks to a retractable wooden separation. Next to the main room stands a side cabinet transition to the entrance. From the hall three wooden doors lead to the kitchen, the guests' WC and to the master bedroom's corridor. A utility room completes the floor plan. One enclosed parking in the basement is directly accessible through the building's lift and could be made available granted an extra charge.
