It is 10 minutes drive from Zakynthos town, and short drives from large supermarkets and Kalamaki and Agios Sostis beaches. The house is uPVC double glazed with aluminium shutters. ENFIA (English Council tax) is minimal - this year around €100. Electricity and water bills obviously depend on consumption, charges for no usage are around €12 every 2 months for water and around €35 for electricity. The electricity bill also includes TV licence fees and some other council charges. The house comes fully furnished and is effectively turn-key.
