A beautiful property is located in the peaceful area of Kalafatis, in less than 2 km from the beach. As a part of a complex of autonomous villas, it combines traditional Mykonian architecture with the luxury of modern conveniences. The Villa can host up to 12 guests with special arrangements.

The ground level hosts the living room, a full equipped open kitchen and the dining area. At the top level there is the master bedroom with its bathroom and its own veranda with view to the sea. The underground level hosts three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a small kitchen and the laundry room. All rooms are fully air conditioned.

The well designed outdoor area located in front of the villa displays a large modern pool and a great lounge area around it. Also, there is a built-in BBQ under the elegant wooden pergola where guests can prepare their own meals while enjoying the marvelous sea view.

The villa is ideal for families or for couples and friends that want to enjoy everything Mykonos has to offer while also being able to retreat into a more private setting.

We do have one more property at 1500 euro per month.
BOTH PROPERTIES ARE RENTED 1500PERMONTH PLUS UTILITY BILLS FROM NOVEMBER 2024 TO APRIL 2025. For the summer season the rent is 45.000 euros for villa Lucia and 55.000 for villa harmony
