Villa Olive is a beautiful detached contemporary villa overlooking Skopelos harbour, Skopelos town, olive groves and the beautiful Aegean sea. It’s 10 minutes from the beach and town. Hiking and mountain bike trails are on your doorstep. Surrounded by countryside yet close to amenities. On the ground floor of Villa Olive you will find a light spacious open plan living area, a large corner sofa, glass dining table and modern kitchen fully equipped with a full length fridge/freezer, full size dishwasher, induction hob and fan oven. The lounge has a fireplace perfect for cosy nights in and a flatscreen T.V. The villa has internet connection and central heating via the air conditioning. There is a downstairs W.C and a washing machine. To the first floor there are two double bedrooms both with a spectacular sea views. The master bedroom also has a balcony. Both bedrooms are served by the family bathroom on this level. The villa is offers fully furnished. Outside: The villa is gated with room to park several cars. Villa Olive has a 3.5m swimming pool and large sun terrace with amazing sea views. Mountain bikes and a paddleboards can also be available at the Villa. Please Note: We are offering this as a winter rental from 29th December 2024 until 31st March 2025. It can be rented on a flexible basis for 1 week to a month or three months. The rent is negotiable depending on the length of your stay.
