Pavleas Design + Build company maintains a consistent presence in the real estate development and construction industry since 1985. It was founded by Civil Engineer Panagiotis Pavleas (Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, MSc Politecnico di Milano) after many years of experience as a structural designer and general contractor. Nowadays the company is a team of young engineers, Architect Elina Pavlea (Dipl. A.U.Th., MArch AA London, PhD Candidate in Fine Arts A.U.Th), Civil Engineer Sarantos Pavleas (Dipl. A.U.Th, MBA University of Macedonia) and Electrical Engineer Ioannis Pavleas (Dipl. A.U.Th., KNX partner) covering the full spectrum of planning, designing and supervising the construction of residential buildings.
